After a lot of work from the community, here is the official release of Krita 2.3.0, the first “production ready” release! Watch the release movie (by Kubuntiac) : ( .ogv version of this video here ) More details on Krita’s website.

This is a quick sketch to introduce some new features in Krita‘s development version. I’m talking about “mirror painting” and the “Shape brush” (two features coming from the excellent Alchemy project).

This illustration was done to test Krita 2.3 beta. This character is in the upcoming comics I’m working on ( first pages to be released online in a few days, stay tuned! )
